What does my plan cover?

Inspect and change all dirty HVAC air filters
Confirm heating and cooling systems are working properly and holding set temperatures
Check for any clogs or backup hazards in HVAC drains
Test for any natural gas leaks or carbon monoxide
Check dryer vent terminations for clogs or debris build up
Check for plumbing leaks or hazards in attic, crawlspace, and sink cabinets
Test all plumbing fixtures for leaks, proper temperature, flow, and draining
Check washing machine supply lines for leaks and corrosion
Clean any slow sink or tub drains
Help to winterize any outdoor plumbing fixtures
Change smoke detector batteries if indicating low
Check all visible wiring, outlets, switches, and electrical panel for burns or wear
Confirm exterior outlet covers are intact
Change any burned out lightbulbs (bulbs supplied by homeowner)
Check and educate on any possible misuses or abuses of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

*Prices listed are for up to two HVAC systems. Additional HVAC systems are charged at $5, $10, and $15 per month.

When you sign up, we’ll schedule a Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit to evaluate your home. This visit ensures your systems are eligible for one of our warranty subscription plans.

Your $125 initiation sign-up fee is applied directly to your first month’s plan once you’re approved.

Not immediately. You’ll become an official member after your PM inspection is complete, your home is approved, and you’ve signed your customized contract.

Our team will inspect and tune up your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This includes tasks like cleaning coils and drains, flushing water heaters, checking wiring, outlets, and switches, and testing smoke detectors.

Just submit a service request. You’ll pay a flat $75 service fee, and our local, in-house team will take care of the rest—fast and reliably.

Yes. Additional systems are $5/month each for PM Plans and $10/month each for Warranty Plans.
