PM Plans Include:

  • Inspection and cleaning of all heating and air conditioning units, cleaning coils, cleaning drains and drain pans, checking ductwork, calibrating thermostats, and changing all dirty air filters.

  • Inspection of all plumbing visible pipes and valves in attic and crawlspace, inspection of all drains and clearing any slow fixture drains if clogged at the drain stopper, testing water pressure, flushing water heater, and cleaning aerators. Tankless water heaters will be flushed once per year and anode rods changed every three years.

  • Inspection of all outlets, switches, fixtures, and visible electrical components in attic and crawl space, tune-up of electrical panel, test smoke detectors and change batteries once per year up to 15 feet high.

*Prices listed are for one HVAC system and one water heater. Additional HVAC systems or water heaters are charged at $5 per month for PM plans and $10 per month for Warranty plans.
