    • Inspect and change all dirty HVAC air filters

    • Confirm heating and cooling systems are working properly and holding set temperatures

    • Check for any clogs or backup hazards in HVAC drains

    • Inspect natural gas pipe & connections

    • Check dryer vent terminations for clogs or debris build up

    • Check for plumbing leaks or hazards in attic, crawlspace, and sink cabinets

    • Check plumbing fixtures for leaks, proper temperature, flow, and draining

    • Check all visible wiring, outlets, switches, and electrical panel for burns or wear

    • Confirm exterior outlet covers are intact

    • Check and educate on any improvements for use of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • In addition to Preventative Maintenance Visit items:

    • Clean outside coil

    • Inspect venting and heat exchangers

    • Clean and treat drain lines

    • Inspect all electrical and flame components

    • Test system function

    • Check thermostats for proper function

  • In addition to Preventative Maintenance Visit items:

    • Clean outdoor unit

    • Check for proper cooling function

    • Clean and treat drain lines

    • Inspect all electrical and compressor components

    • Test system function

    • Check thermostats for proper function

  • In addition to Preventative Maintenance Visit items:

    • Clean and tighten connections on electrical panels and disconnects

    • Check outlets, and switches for proper operation and grounding

    • Check smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for proper operation

    • Check GFCIs for proper operation

  • In addition to Preventative Maintenance Visit items:

    • Check water pressure

    • Flush and clean tank style water heater

    • Tighten loose toilets and toilet seats

    • Clean faucet aerators

    • Inspect and test disposal

  • When you sign up, we'll reach out to collect payment information and schedule your visits. We'll contact you via the preferred method of communication you choose on the sign up form. 

  • We will reach out to you to schedule your visits and collect payment, and send you the contract to be signed electronically. Once that is complete, you're officially a member!

  • If you run into a problem and need a Service Call, just submit the Service Request online! You'll get a discount on the Service Call based on your M+ Plan, and our in-house Service Tech will take care of the rest - fast and reliably. (Remember: the Preventative Maintenance visits are included and will be scheduled for the year!)

  • Yes. Prices listed are for up to two HVAC systems. There is an additional custom charge for added HVAC systems or an additional water heater.
